Why The Local Deal Club?

The Local Deal Club is designed to help drive the local economy and foster relationships between local businesses, the residents of Lubbock and surrounding communities. By partnering with local area businesses we are able to bring EXCLUSIVE deals to encourage local residents to support those businesses.

By becoming a member of The Local Deal Club, local residents will find amazing, one-of-a-kind deals from Lubbock area restaurants, retail shops, entertainment venues, service-oriented businesses and many more.

How The Concept Came About?

Way back in the mid- 1980's there was a movement called The Mainstreet Alliance in the Northeastern part of the country. Simply put, this was a multi-level network marketing program that helped local area businesses attract new customers by providing a discount to cardholders.

However, back in those days the internet was in it's infancy and businesses had to rely on once-per-month printing and "snail mail" to make thier discounts known to cardholders. Newly signed on businesses had to wait until the next printing of the new discount list to be sent to cardholders. 

The Local Deal Club has expanded on this idea in 2021 by utlilizing today's technology to assist local area businesses in attracting local area residents while rewarding local residents with exclusive discounts from those businesses.
