Rock Paper Shears opened in the summer of 2020 and moved to downtown Lubbock in July of 2021. Owner, Callie Combest, has been professionally styling hair since 2009 and has a passion for styling interior spaces as well. Callie is beyond thrilled to share her fun, warm, and vibrant space with you!
